Elliott Whitehead free to play for Dewsbury Rams on loan

Want-away Bradford second row Elliott Whitehead is to be loaned out to Championship part-timers Dewsbury.

Whitehead has submitted a transfer request to the Bulls as he wants to join a top-four Super League club.

Whitehead was dropped for last Sunday's game at St Helens after asking for a move and has been training with the club's Under-19s.
However he now looks set to join the Bulls' partnership club, the Rams.
"Elliott is currently training with the academy and will also go and train with Dewsbury, who he will be made available to play for," coach Francis Cummins told the Bradford Telegraph & Argus.
"Elliott has made the decision that he wants to leave but no offers have come in for him."
