The Meeting of FMRL with the ministry of sport in Morocco

كما تعلمون ، فقد سبق أن إستقبلني يوم الثلاثاء 25 يونيو 2013 إبتداءا من الساعة الحادية عشر ونصف صباحا بمكتبه بوزارة الشباب والرياضة بالرباط السيد محمد أوزين وزير الشباب والرياضة .
وحضر معي هذا اللقاء السادة :
السيد رشيد ورادي ، رئيس الجمعية الرياضية الرباطية للركبي ليغ
السيد أحمد دغبر، رئيس جمعية الدرالبيضاء للركبي ليغ
السيد سعيد الحاتمي ، رئيس جمعية برشيد للركبي ليغ
حيث تضمن جدول الأعمال النقطة التالية :
• مناقشة التدخل الجائر والغير المبرر للسيد الطاهر بوجوالة رئيس الجامعة الملكية المغربية للركبي في أنشطة الفيدرالية المغربية للركبي ليغ بمباركة السيدة سميرة حمامة رئيسة قسم الرياضة ذات المستوى العال بمديرية الرياضة لدى وزارة الشباب والرياضة
• حصول على إعتراف وزارة الشباب والرياضة كجامعة ملكية مغربية مستقلة للركبي ليغ ،

السيد وزير الشباب والرياضة كان له رأي آخر هو إدماج الفيدرالية المغربية للركبي ليغ والجامعة الملكية المغربية للركبي 15 في حضيرة جامعة واحدة ، هذا الإقتراح سبق أن تطرق إليه السيد سعيد البخاري مدير الرياضة سابقا بوزارة الشباب والرياضة خلال اللقاء الرسمي بمكتبه بداية يونيو 2012 بحضور السيد Remond Safi مدير دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا بالإتحاد الأروبي ورفضه الإتحاد الدولي للركبي ليغ والإتحاد الأروبي للركبي ليغ جملة وتفصيلا

السيد الطاهر بوجوالة رئيس الجامعة الملكية المغربية للركبي منكب حاليا بكل الوسائل المتاحة له هو ورفيقه في الكفاح وهو شخص معروف بالإسترزاق الرياضي ، وقد سبق أن أجروا دورة تكوينية بفرنسا خلال شهر أبريل 2013 وحاولوا إستقطاب بعض العناصر الرياضية المتواجدة بفرنسا ، وإتصلنا بأصدقائنا بالمكتب الفيدرالي للفيدرالية الفرنسية للركبي 13 وأبلغناهم هذا الخبر وهم بصدد دراسة هذا الملف لمعاقبة كل من سولت له نفسه العبث مصالح رياضة الركبي ليغ .

بل أكثر من ذلك ولإستقطاب العناصر الفاعلة للفيدرالية المغربية للركبي ليغ بدأت الوعود وبعض المساعدات المالية توزع لشراء ذمم بعض الأشخاص لا داعي لذكر أسمائهم.

ما أود الإشارة إليه ، هو أن الفيدرالية المغربية للركبي ليغ ، هي فيدرالية أسست بطرق القانونية المعمولة بها بالمملكة المغربية وهي خاضعة كباقي الفيدرالية المغربية الأخرى لمقتضيات الظهير الشريف الخاص بالحريات العامة المغربية
